The Revue Cinema is closing.
On Wednesday afternoon, the Revue Cinema posted a sign on its door stating that it will be closing at the end of June. The Toronto Star has a short story stating that the Revue will close along with two other theatres in the Festival Cinema chain, the Royal and the Kingsway.

This will be a very sad day for both North Roncesvalles and NorthRonces.com. The loss of a beloved neighbourhood cinema is more of a threat to the character and charm of the neighbourhood than any coffee shop could ever be.
